Martial arts performances included Yiquan stance and tests of force , Wu style taichi 16 forms, Chen style taichi 56 forms, Push hands, Bagua old 8 palms, Bagua 64 hands, Taichi 13 forms, Xing Yi fists and 5 forms continuous fists.
Weapon performances included Long spear pole, Youth 5 elements continuous sabre, Miao sabre, Bagua spear 8 forms, Wu style taichi sabre 13 forms, Seven-star staff, Bagua old 8 spear, Xing Yi continuous sabre, Chen style taichi sword 49 forms, 5 forms continuous spear, Taichi 13 forms, Bagua continuous sword, Bagua sabre, Bagua stand up spear and Xing Yi continuous spear. The finale was the performance of Wudong Bagua flying dragon sword by Master Gao leading a few students.
All students gave their best performances, sharing with each other what they have learnt at class, be it traditional martial arts skills or health benefits. The celebration ended with a group photo of Master Gao with about 150 students.
