Wujitang has, together with Connections Community Services, launched an eight weeks’ free health program for seniors to learn basic Chinese martial arts.

Interviews with Master Gao Feng regarding the program are broadcasted on AM 1320 radio station from 15 July onwards for a few weeks.

In the first interview, Master Gao talked about the best time for the elderly to exercise and the improvement of mind-body coordination, strengthening of balance and blood circulation, and transformation of our body through systematic training, thereby achieving a balanced and healthy state.
