During the long weekend on September 4th, Wujitang celebrated its 14th anniversary at 7100 River Rd. in Richmond. The event began with a lion dance performance, followed by various martial arts demonstrations by students, including stance testing, children’s dual-handed swords, Chen-style Tai Chi, short pole, short pole sparring, Tai Chi fan, eight-sided palm, Xingyi spear, and more.
After the performances, students came together for a group photo session, followed by a barbecue party. During the event’s peak, Master Gao gave a speech, expressing special thanks to the students for their support and encouraging them to continue their efforts in learning and improving their physical fitness.
On that day, over a hundred students participated, with some bringing their friends and family to join the gathering. The atmosphere was lively and joyful, making for a wonderful holiday celebration.
