Wujitang is honored to announce that Master Gao was invited by the Department of World Languages and Literatures at Simon Fraser University to lead a Kung Fu workshop at its Chinese Culture Discovery Summer Camp this July.
During the session, Master Gao introduced children aged 9 to 12 to the fundamentals of traditional Chinese martial arts, including basic stances, movements, and simple routines. Through engaging instruction and hands-on practice, students experienced both the techniques and the core values of Kung Fu—respect, focus, perseverance, and self-discipline.
Held on SFU’s campus, the workshop offered a meaningful cultural experience that connected young participants with Chinese traditions. Wujitang is proud to support this initiative and looks forward to continuing to promote authentic Kung Fu through community engagement and cultural exchange.
